Once I beat kidney cancer (10 years ago!), I decided to chase after my dreams and start my own company focused on connecting the best talent with the best Biopharma/Biotech companies.
In 2020, I launched and co-founded yet another fun, innovative, women-owned company in the biotech/healthcare/tech executive search space, this time with my dear friend, mentor, and colleague, Ronith Dunn.
We fell in love with the idea of “BlueGene” because at its core, recruiting is all about finding the right fit. There is nothing more important than the people that make up a company- they are the company’s DNA.

After my diagnosis with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) at 22, I decided I wanted to find a way to make a difference in the biopharma sector, and for me that was recruiting.
I’m known for having my ear to the ground and being a resource on what’s coming next, as well as truly caring about the outcome for the individuals and companies I match them up with.
Yaffa and I share decades of experience in the sector; a personal connection to, and a passion for, patient outcomes.
